Our Mayfair Branch Surgery opened on December 13th 2010. It is called Lees Place Medical Centre and the address is Lees Place W1K 6LL

Any patient living in the catchment area, pictured below and is entitled to NHS healthcare is welcome to register. Registration is the same as for the main surgery.

 

Please note that there is a doctor available for prebooked and walk-in appointments every morning from 9-11 and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8pm. A nurse is also available throughout the day.

These arrangements will change as soon as more patients register and the demand increases.

The building works have almost finished and we will be holding some ‘open days’ in the near future to introduce you to the new surgery and show you around. Please let us know your views.
